I have tried re-synching the folders and also repairing the folder. I am experiencing the same issue on 2 different computers. I’ve tried numerous solutions but the issue keeps coming back after a couple of hours. All Gmail accounts on their Outlook for Macs unable to view attachments.
This looks like it’s becoming more widespread as I have users at my company experiencing the same issue and have found multiple threads at with the same issues.
Gmail attachments are not showing on Microsoft Outlook for Mac, and frustrated users have taken to official Gmail forums as well as the Outlook ones to vent their anger. Hence, their unavailability may render emails useless for some.
Attachments are an essential feature, and are the only method for sending files over otherwise text-only emails.
